      Managers are flexible, cool start up company, very friendly remote work culture.

      Cons

      Fear of job security, poor upkeeping (work piles up turning out more complicated), missing processes, and poor training.

      Cons

      Salary bands are small and you’re not guaranteed a raise ever year. No bonuses and the stock price is terrible.
