Pros
Great benefits - health, PTO, sick time, extracurricular, etc. Teammates are usually really nice and easy to get along with.
Cons
Be warned, if you are not a favorite you will not be given any room to grow your carrier. Two times I have seen people promoted with under a year of experience with the company (the most recent being under 6 months). I have seen them adjust promotion requirements to meet the person they have their eyes on. Management positions are given to anyone, doesn't matter if they have expertise in that area. You get no coaching, just told to meet expectations or else. Training is not cohesive or thorough. Processes are always changing so you often feel confused on how to do you job. Pay is very low and they refuse to meet inflation as in their words "Lemonade doesn't control the economy."
