Practices what they preach on culture Makers are number one (Happy Team, Happy Customers) Fast paced with oodles of support from all angles The Giveback does what is advertised to do, and is not a marketing ploy as with other providers The leadership team actually cares about you, your wellbeing, and how to grow you personally and professionally

If you are not weathered in startup energy, you may become overwhelmed with changes as the product is perfected

Caring company that constantly makes efforts to delight its employees. Great culture with plenty of company events A company that gives back to the community Opportunities for advancement for go-getters

Cons

Claims has poor to moderate work life balance (like every claims department for any insurance company). I am experience very good work life balance in underwriting. Lacks competitive pay for experienced talent. Lemonade isn’t perfect but they are by far the best company I have ever worked for…. By miles!

The culture at Lemonade is unlike any other job I have ever worked for in corporate America. Everyone who works here has an amazingly positive attitude, is always willing to help one another, and truly cares about our customers. Since Day 1 I have felt nothing but supported and valued and have also gained so much knowledge not only about insurance but social impact, fighting for justice, and not being afraid to stand up for what is right! To say I love working here is the understatment of the year.
