Pros
1. Great benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, mental health assistance, 401k, etc. 2. Company culture, though evolving with the growth, is still top tier. Managers care about your well-being, it's a friendly and collaborative place to work, and Lemonade is has a sincere interest in social good and encourages employees to get involved. 3. Flexible. Life happens, and Lemonade understands that. The PTO and sick time given is generous and you even get paid holidays throughout the year.
Cons
With inflation as out of control as it is, the expected waiting period to be eligible for a raise isn't ideal.
