Pros

It feels amazing being part of a tech start-up that does insurance that uses its platform for charitable giving and social good, instead of shady profiteering. Additionally, they practice what they preach about the positive work culture - constantly supporting their employees within and outside of work. Having fun and getting s*** done! Lemonade is customer-centric in that they have their policyholders' best interests at the forefront of their mind throughout all of their decisions.

Cons

When you tell other people all these great things about being employed by Lemonade as well as ALL the great things Lemonade does, many people just simply can't believe it! Haha.

The interview process was so interactive, instead of just being asked the usual questions. The training, even while remote has been incredible. It's really clear that Lemonade not only cares about their customers, but also their employees!
