Training could be improved, but it's not something that isn't constantly being revisited. I know my bosses are constantly working towards improvement.

I'm pretty new to the company, but I have nothing but amazing things to say about working for Lemonade so far. I love this company and I feel so lucky to be working here :) Everything from the hiring process, to training, and to finally working on my own has been awesome. Everyone makes sure that you're being taken care of and they're always willing to help you out.
