      great location, good people (the ones that are still here but we have fewer than before)

      Cons

      fewer seniors to learn from and to develop, doing a lot of hard work but without significant meaning, many people are investing in showing the work but not actually working, the management is not connected to what's up and running, things will have to change dramatically otherwise I will find another place
