Pros

Decent PTO (20 days annually) and sick time, decent health insurance, enjoyed my coworkers.

Cons

Not transparent with employees when they claim to be. Grew too quickly then dropped people in mass layoffs. The work can be very stressful, and there isn’t enough support between managers and the team, and between departments. Upper management says they listen to employee concerns but it’s mostly ignored.
