Pros

My coworkers have been pretty helpful. While my time here has been less than stellar so far, their support has made my life a whole lot easier.

Cons

My experience with Lendbuzz has been a frustrating one so far. There is a lack of structure within the company, communication is terrible, and management genuinely has no idea what they're doing, resulting in a chaotic work environment, constant delays, frequent mistakes, and confusion among employees. Nothing ever changes because no one in this company can take accountability for their actions, resulting in a lack of growth and a plateau in progress.

Pros

The work environment is professional, collaborative, and supportive, making it easy to stay motivated and engaged. Management demonstrates strong leadership and is approachable, always encouraging open communication with employees. The company provides great opportunities for growth and development, allowing team members to build their skills and take on new challenges.

Cons

Occasionally, it can be a fast-paced workload that requires strong multitasking and time management skills.

Pros

Gets your foot in the door.

Cons

The only thing upper management cares about is money. I'm embarrassed to say I worked there. Schedule is long, you’re expected to be available almost all the time, and there’s barely any separation between work and personal life. Pay plans keep changing, so it’s hard to trust what you’re actually earning, and it starts to feel like a lie after a while. Management doesn’t do much to support you, and growth is basically nonexistent. Do not waste your time at this company if you want work longevity.
