The team is made up of very smart, driven people who are generally collaborative and supportive. The company is working on an interesting mission improving access to credit using data and technology which makes the work feel meaningful. There are opportunities to take ownership of projects and make an impact, especially if you're proactive. Leadership is ambitious and focused on growth, and you get exposure to real business problems rather than just narrow tasks.

I’ve really enjoyed working here so far. The HR team was great and the onboarding process was very smooth, which made starting the job easy. My leadership team and my teammates are all really smart and collaborative. I’m also a big fan of the office! it’s beautiful and a really nice place to work. Overall, it’s been a very positive experience and I’m excited about the product and what the company is building.
