Pros
I have been at Lendbuzz for only 15 months and was around the 15th person hired. We have tripled in headcount in that time, due to strong growth. The experience has been amazing. Management has invested in new tools, software, etc. to promote continuing growth.
The CEO and CTO, cofounders of the company, are very involved day to day. They sit with everyone else in an open floor plan, and are very accessible and easy to talk to. They really care about the team - encouraging team events, etc. I often see them going out of their way to talk to new team members and try to get to know them.
Coworkers are great and many become friends outside of work. Everyone is very team oriented and seems to get along.
Office space is on the 25th floor with views of Boston harbor, seaport, airport and south station. It’s nice to take in the views every now and then when taking a mental break. Building is modern and central to plenty of coffee and lunch spots. While parking is not provided, there is plenty nearby and office is close to the T. Gym in building as well.
Cons
Not many. It is a fast paced and hard working environment so it is not for everyone.
