Good learning experience with a lot of industry experience to draw from. Solid company goals. Lots of career options. Various locations allow multiple options to work from. Good internal employee team culture.

Cons

Lots of work hours. Multiple simultaneous high priority projects make it difficult to focus at times. Project success and group stability is often challenged by frequent changes in direction.

In exchange for the generosity afforded you regarding overtime and time off be prepared to sacrifice a great deal; overtime was meted out at the wim of management and no one seemed to be respected; not mid-level managers or their minions.

Cons

Unreasonable expectations from management; a double standard.
