Pros

Great co-workers and flexible schedule (core hours)

Cons

Recent lay offs and hiring freeze has put so much pressure on current employees. Upper management does not seem to be in touch with the needs of the development groups. The environment is very negative at the moment. No raises, particularly for promotions. Additional pressure from clients which has increase the level of support that dev teams have to provide.

Pros

The co workers - some of the hardest, loyal, most dedicated please I ever had the pleasure of knowing.

Cons

We were not employees - just cattle. Just a number. The way they treated employees was appalling; I know, I had the displeasure of being a manager myself and quickly gave it up. It disgusted me to see how they expected me to treat employees. I helped to build that company, and the appreciation I received was a layoff notice after 12 years.

Pros

Aesthetic enough "cube farm". Vending machines are decent.

Cons

Sloppy work is common, encouraged and rewarded. Systems are horrible. Service provided to clients is beyond shoddy. Contractor network is treated shabbily and in turn provide poor work. Pay scales are very low. Benefits (401k / Stock plans) are poor to non-existent. Robo-signing at another division that brought the industry to its knees, while not "in effect" at Westminster campus may as well be when complex cases are expected to be "resolved" in less than five minutes per property. Overall, the company is a microcosm of why the foreclosure industry/Property Preservation industry is irretrievably broken. Basically a sweatshop of staggering proportions. Would not recommend working at this job/company to my worst enemy.
