Meh, but very flexible

Pros

- any time off with 2 weeks notice - very casual - my supervisor was very cool - not hard to do - easy interview - flexible hours - no "clock watching" - staff events - optional work if inclement weather

Cons

- favoritism...different dress codes under different managers - pay is average - tasks repetitive - high turnover - hours cut if work is slow (expected)

It is nice to have the opportunity to work from home. Management is understanding regarding the work to life balance.

Cons

Sometimes its hard to feel like you are part of the office if you are a work at home employee
