Pros

Good benefits. Relaxed re: schedule. Some control over workflow.

Cons

Politics. If you're under 30, they like you. If not, forget it. If you lack integrity and play the games, they like you. If not, they don't. Management is elitist. Typical corp in US. All the money flows to the top. No advancement unless you're "in". If you work hard, do a great job, get great reviews, they'll still cut your pay, they won't advance you and you'll be lucky if you don't get laid off. Zero job security, so don't work too hard and keep your resume out there. Companies like this are why the middle class is bankrupt.

lots of unwanted ot and higher management does not have any connect with the lower people

Cons

everything is a con no money available, long hours, no raises, and will suck the life out of you.
