Pros

-I love how connected to the company you feel. If you know the right people your life will be much easier. -Vacation time is nice and increases by 1 week per year after 2 years -They give us little gifts randomly to say thank you -We win lunch all the time (not a pizza party)

Cons

-Company's technology is antiquated resulting in missed opportunities, additional strain on employees, and operational inefficiencies. - Lacks diversity in Senior Management -If you have been there for less than 3 years you are no one
