Pros

I feel like I’m paid really well for the work I do, and the company provides strong training that helped me feel confident in my role. There are good opportunities to earn bonuses, and when you hit them, they can be very rewarding. The full-time hours and consistent schedule are another plus. I also appreciate that the company celebrates work anniversaries, offers solid health benefits, and provides generous paid time off.

Cons

The main challenges are around work-life balance — there can be some late nights and weekend hours that make it hard to juggle personal time. Also, your overall experience can really depend on your manager and store environment. A supportive manager makes a huge difference, but if you don’t have that, it can make the job more stressful. Each branch runs a little differently, so your experience may vary depending on who’s leading your team. Overall, it’s a stable job with good pay and benefits, but management style and work-life balance can make or break the experience.
