I've gained a lot of experience within the year and a half that I've worked here. There are major opportunities for growth within the company and training for career advancement. I can say that Lendmark cares about their employees and their well-being becuase we are rewarded for our hard work and the benefits are great!

Landmark has a great culture and work life balance. I never feel like my work is too much or that I'm unprepared for what is expected of me. I respect everyone in my management up line.
