I'm only a few weeks into the role and I can say the culture is amazing. The organization has a keen focus on creating a work experience that fuels camaraderie, support, and attention to being the best it can - underscored by the LEND model that CEO Bobby Aiken created. He's even written a book about it.

Cons

As they grow exponentially it will be important to protect the culture in place while simultaneously being open to new ways of operating. Sometimes, that's difficult for people who have been around a long time.

I have been with Lendmark for many years and have seen great growth in those years. The CEO is amazing and leads the Company from the heart. The teamwork in the company is really good as well, allowing someone to learn a lot in a very short time.

Cons

The CEO's passion doesn't always make it to the entry level staff and there is a lot of turnover. Benefits and pay are very competitive. Career and growth opportunities are available for those who want to grow.

Lendmark has proven to be a great employer. They truly care about employees and their job experience with the company. The leadership team is overall very strong in providing support and guidance. The company president leads with his heart, both in business and philanthropy. I have worked for large and well-recognized companies, and enjoyed my time with them. But, when it comes to the employee experience of feeling valued for what I do on a daily basis, and for myself as an individual, Lendmark is the very best. I am grateful and proud to represent this company!

Cons

At times, some decisions can be slow to determine because of time zone differences and the hectic schedules of those involved.
