Everything you can learn, about your own finances. Also, helping people and being there through their struggle.

Cons

Honestly, I cannot think of too many. The hours are basic bank hours however that sucks when you need to make appointments and the such.

Upper management is a joke. Unreal goals and filling out the same information on 5 different reports. Micro managed to the extreme. If you have an issue dont expect HR to do anything. Technology is a joke always issues. They call themselves the employer of choice which is a complete joke I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy work here.
