Love my coworkers but upper management can make you hate your job.

Cons

50+ hours weekly. Almost every weekend. They frequently take your time off away. If you are a single parent forget it unless your have an amazing support system. Upper management can be extremely disrespectful to all employees. Need better training for new hires. Need to promote more from inside the company.

Pros

The customers are pretty nice for the most part. Other than that, I honestly can't think of any pros.

Cons

Terrible pay, even worse benefits. Upper management that doesn't care at all about your life outside of work. Unrealistic expectations. Shady co workers who will steal your loans to hit their monthly goals. Branch manager who shows extreme favoritism. Lied to about the hours when I first started, to only find out what we worked 2 late nights a week and almost every Saturday, meaning only one actual day off a week. Management that acted like it was literally the end of the world if I got sick and had to take a day off. Oh, and no real room for advancement. CSR-Assistant Manager-Branch Manager. That's pretty much it.

Good base. Bonus is ok if you can achieve it. Excellent culture. Massive expansion creates opportunities for advancement.

Cons

Bonus for new branches is capped. Also, you achieve all or nothing. Health benefits are terrible - Very expensive.
