Pros

They truly take care of their employees by actively looking for ways to make our jobs easier and more efficient. They recently upped our vehicle compensation for using our personal vehicle. They also recently upped our yearly vacation by a week. The leaders are smart and run a tight ship.

Cons

They place a lot of responsibility on you. This can seem like a con for some people but they trust their employees.

I was not studying construction management so I did not have any experience. However, the program left with a lot of knowledge and good experiences.

Cons

More travel between neighborhoods could help new trainees learn.
