Not paid enough for the work

Pros - I worked with many hardworking, talented people who genuinely cared about doing a good job. - Onboarding was well organized and created a positive first impression. - High expectations without compensation that reflects the workload. - Promised promotions and bonuses were not always delivered. - Little training while still being expected to perform at a very high level. - Pressure to work overtime without additional pay. - Heavy workloads and unrealistic expectations. - A management culture that, in my experience, sometimes relied on negative public emails rather than constructive coaching. - Minimal recognition or career advancement despite strong performance. - The company culture presented during onboarding did not match my day-to-day experience.
