Pros

Office is nice, clean and has good snacks.

Cons

The worst management I have ever experienced in my career. They have you learn someone else's job so that they can pay you less then the job is actually worth and fire the existing person. They will give you no resources or time to meet deadlines and blame you for it. The first week is you being flown out to the two headquarters. So much money and resources are spend here trying to brainwash you but the turnover rate is wildly rapid so it's essentially a waste of money that they could use to show appreciation for current employees but that never happens.

Pros

Nice lower-level employees committed to their work

Cons

Upper management very political / can't be trusted Long hours required, not enough resources available Incompetent managers that are masters of politics but not at their role Toxic Culture unless you lean towards cult activity (name tags, little red hen recitals, fight songs, and other bizarre indoctrination requirements) Culture is lost in the 1950's, upper management believes you should be honored to work for them One of the worst publics to work for

Pros

Lennar is a very large company that owns a VERY large amount of land. There is likely job security for many years. Everybody else here is also miserable, so you are in good company.

Cons

Incredibly unprofessional and untrained management- they will discuss employee in negative light in inappropriate situations (I assume they did the same with me). Often times management is unaware of what their own protocol is, is unreachable and unsupportive. Zero work life balance- you are told it is not OK to work from home, but you are expected to respond to any urgent needs on your days off. You have no holidays, and PTO is often denied. You will have mandatory overtime thrown at you ever Saturday morning. Raises are non-existent , in fact, it is not uncommon to be presented with an altered contract that reduces pay after the fact.
