Negative leadership. Many leaving. Push construction too fast equaling poor quality and unhappy homeowners. Push staff too hard, too fast over human workload abilities. Staff is dressed and unhappy in all departments but office staff and upper management. It’s slice your neighbors throat to protect your own IMO hat departments.
