Pros

Co-workers in sales support each other.

Cons

Management gossips, makes sales feel like people who waste space and are overpaid, takes money from checks if errors are made such as missing a check mark, management is uneducated in leadership and sales, doesn’t recognize achievements but amplified negativity and sends bulk emails outlining others short falling. Negative leadership. Many leaving. Push construction too fast equaling poor quality and unhappy homeowners. Push staff too hard, too fast over human workload abilities. Staff is dressed and unhappy in all departments but office staff and upper management. It’s slice your neighbors throat to protect your own IMO hat departments.

Pros

Great company culture and sales can very lucrative,

Cons

Sales training needs improvement. There is no on-going formal training program, and management can be too demanding at times.
