      Pros

      Great company to work for, cares about their employees from the corporate level down to the team leads. For being the largest builder in the U.S., it definitely feels like a smaller builder on the division level.

      Pay is good when you are selling homes. The training department is very good and wants to help Construction teams based on the community are fair and knowledgable

      Cons

      Management does not necessarily have compassion for its employees Management shows nepotism Company Culture is the same as a cult
