      Pros

      Nice work environment and they treated me well. Learned everything I know about homebuilding from original management back when they were building a better quality home.

      Running to many homes. I was handling fifty homes at one point with two assistants and the streets were not even in yet

      Great piers, and lower management was superb.

      Cons

      upper management loves mind games. they make you feel like you are interviewing for the job everyday for your first 90 days. They never speak of your positive attributes, they only focus and pick apart the negatives. Not a culture for growth, not a culture for support, not a culture for “next leveling” they are CLASSIC new homes corporate, profit driven, churn and burn. “Drink the koolaid or get out”. micro managing, overly critical. Its a TRUE high pressure environment. If youre lucky enough to be in a good community you can make ALOT of money, but at what cost??? Most agents havent worked at another company and only have “COVID” market experience.
