      Lots of appreciation lunches and planned activities.

      Cons

      Very high stress work environment, lots of moving pieces, very little room for error. As a CA you are the first to blame if something goes wrong and you are not at all compensated for the amount of work. There’s not much room for growth or movement unless you know someone in another area that can assist with pulling you through
