      Pros

      Large Named Company - Good Benefits - lot of information thrown at you at one time - new skills - many new systems that need to be learned and perfected - many new projects starting

      Cons

      Always feel they will get rid of you in a seconds notice - talks behind your back - never know where you stand - will cut you for 1 mistake - hides behind company policy - On the border of harassment and bullying - substandard equipment including office supplies - had to bring in personal supplies - training is horrific - long time employees are not helpful - management will not listen and no support staff - always feel everything you do is not right.

      Pros

      Smart people, very smart, running the company but they are cold blooded, ruthless killers who would screw their mother for a nickel.

      Cons

      Don't expect recognition or rewards even when promised. Attitude is you're lucky to have a job working so shut your pie hole. If you're not part of the area president's inner circle, you are never going anywhere.
