      Pros

      Great teamwork for the most part. Pay and benefits were good, local office events are fun. Great software and PunchList processes.

      Cons

      Micromanagement at all levels. ACM’s don’t document issues or complaints, they skim over and don’t deal with problem drama-ridden employees, but then let the ones go in the mass layoff who picked everyone else’s slack at crunch time. Some corporate disconnect; when do those of us working in neighborhoods have time to sit and take free online language, stress, Pilates, or yoga classes.

      1. The company knows you are just a number but they also treat you like family. 2. Consistent work and good pay. 3. Friendly about trying out different positions within the company.

      Cons

      1. Publically traded company so just a number to anyone past your boss's boss. 2. Constantly changing procedures and policies due to adjustments to the needs of the bottom line.

      Pros

      Corp structure is sound in the training materials if someone knows enough to set up trainings.

      Cons

      Division management are minions and ask for things that Make no sense in a Professional capacity. They are fanatical. Top management keep getting Promoted and moved around. No sound plan. Top salaries are ridiculous, division asked to close homeowners that don’t have complete homes. Basically bribing the buyers so managers can count the numbers. Unprepared for the expectations they are asking from sales. Don’t provide adequate tools.
