      You can still find a few good people working in this ugly environment

      Cons

      Despite having all the money and making all the donations, sadly Lennar hasn't figured out that people are as important as Product and Purpose. Sad to see go away over 75% of your team because management (all the way up) loves to talk instead of listening. HR doesn't do any actions either (not sure if they don't want to or simply can't)
