Pros

You can spend your days doing pretty much whatever you want as long as workorders get done. A lot of free time. Too much.

Cons

You have to pay for lunch. At the cafeteria. Pay is pretty terrible and raises come a nickel at a time. Disorganized, everything is done last minute.

LR is committed to improving the higher education experience for the next generation of students, adapting inventive and engaging programs into the curriculum and college life experience that will be extremely attractive to potential students for years to come and increase student retention rates.

Cons

LR is located in a small, rural town that is geographically isolated from the amenities provided by schools located in large population centers like Chicago, NYC, etc. LR also competes with several other high-quality higher education institutions in the vicinity that are highly competitive in such a small market.
