      Pros

      Lots of work due to cutbacks, but you'll be exposed to many areas of the organization. The company is still working on developing its corporate identity worldwide.

      Cons

      Big changes happen on a monthly basis. The company operates on a reactive mode rather than being consistent.

      Bed feedback; has not rebulid the whole sales and brading system after merge IBM PC department,it's too long

      Access to executives, no longer a huge beaurocracy (like former IBM). Great products. New hire salaries are competitive with industry.

      Cons

      Opportunity for growth and lack of variety of jobs. Opportunity for skill development is limited and internal/external training opportunities are not necessarily encouraged/supported. Managers lack experience and proper skills for leading their teams. Many managers are often unaware of the skills their employees bring to their teams and don't tap into the individual's strengths.
