Creativity is at the core of everything Leo Burnett does. Strong founder philosophy that survives to this day. Smartest people on the planet. Deep integration of technology to fuel creativity.

Cons

Going through plenty of change with new Chicago CEO Andrew Swinand, not all positive. (Glassdoor has Tom Bernardin as CEO, that is not current. Global CEO has been Rich Stoddart for more than a year.)

Amazing resources. Many many good people. Cute perks like free beer. Nice cultural benefits like Artists in Residence. Big name agency brings in big names for interesting, healthy discussions. Benefits were amazing.

Cons

The politics are a complete nightmare. Oh dear lawd, don't have a computer problem ever. Some people need to delete their account. "Youth culture" = ageism in some departments. Publicis stranglehold.

Certain teams have a high standard for creative, lots of holidays off, can be family friendly depending on the account

Cons

For every really good project, there are a dozen terrible ones. Briefs have zero strategy. Agency bends over backwards to give clients exactly what they want.
