Pros

They have awesome working teams, every one I got to work with are intelligence, they have great analytical skills and they are willing to help

Cons

Since advertising is a very intense job, almost none of my colleagues have time to find things for me to work on, since they really don't have the ability to squeeze anytime for me. I got to work on a self-ruin project, and that is where I learned the most from, I had to get an approval from my manager before I presented it to the creative team, during the process, I learned so much from my manager since she has great analytical skills and the way she sees things is just brilliant.
