Pros

Lots of hours, tons of politics. Smartest people were not necessarily in charge. Typical agency with below average creative product.

Cons

Where to start? To get ahead at this place, you have to be aggressive and kind of an a-hole. Lot of average talent.

Pros

Because a lot of team work and brainstorming is involved in each campaign, Leo Burnett fosters and environment that is creative and open. It is encouraged that employees keep up to date with media, movies and trends. Also, the culture is very collaborative - every one is always willing to help one another out and it becomes more like a family after time.

Cons

Everyone follows the career path; there are limited opportunities to grow outside that set path. It seems that there is a time duration for each specific position before you are allowed for promotion. Also, I've rarely seen any opportunities for cross-over between departments.
