I would not reccomend anyone work for Leo Burnett. I worked on a CPG account where the team had no respect for one another. Constant battles between account and creative, no collaboration at all. When mandated to go into the office, it only applied to certain team members. No respect for your personal life/time. Meetings consistently started at or after 5. Worked through Christmas. No mentorship, and outside of the DEI department and ERGs, it is not a comfortable place for people of color. By far the worst work experience I ever had. Very tough time on my mental health while working here. It’s not even worth the name on your resume.

Severe organization from the top down. Passive aggressive employees. Lack of creative work. Significantly understaffed. You will be working nights and weekends and running fire drills frequently.
