      Pros

      Overall, the company has great people and has fostered development for enthusiastic staff. Company also has a good tuition reimbursement plan.

      Cons

      The defense budget is decreasing so defense contractors are tightening their belts and downsizing. Fewer oppurtunities for external candidates are likely.

      Pros

      You will get a chance to learn a lot on the systems side of IT. It's a good environment to work in, the people are nice, and helpful. If you have a real issue that you don't know how to solve you can contact the NOC for help.

      Cons

      You don't have much control over everything, if your from the network side of IT there isn't any grow. They don't seem to promote or move people from within. I have applied to a bunch of jobs, for months now, and only heard from back from two but only interviewed for one. Several of those jobs were for the same position.
