      Pros

      PTO is top notch for field personnel. Many opportunities for varied view of operations. All in all, you are not treated as "just a contractor."

      Cons

      While management at all levels are quick to tell new hires and those in the field that the company prefers to promote from within, rarely is this seen outside of corporate level activities.

      Great people, dedicated to customer and to each other. Better than average compensation Flexibility of work schedule Rewards good performance

      Last three years has been increasingly disfunctional Known troublemakers allowed to continue Insufficient willingness to confront issues and challenges Nepotism within some of the organizations

      Great benefits and great people to work with

      Cons

      I don't believe there was enough training and support for job growth. DRS seems to pigeon hole it's employees to perform the same tasks for much of their career. There just isn't much room for a variety in tasks.
