      Good Social Environment, good corporate infrastructure, good management tools, competitive benefits.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Successes are usually due to heroic efforts of a few employees. Lacking in technical/engineering skills. Group is resigned not to be an innovator but rather to be an industry follower

      Most of my co-workers are great honest, hard-working people.

      Cons

      Nepotism, cronyism and corruption run rampant... Most managers are arrogant, cut-throat and only interested in lining their own pockets. Management cannot be trusted. You will only advance in this company if you are a a relative or buddy of someone in a management role. Management lies to their employees; lies to their customers If you are lacking in morals and values, this may just be the place for you. If you have one moral bone in your body, RUN as fast as you can. Management needs a complete overhaul!!!
