      Pros

      Some good co-workers with several opportunities to work with different embedded technologies even if some were a bit older.

      Cons

      Waterfall development and slow to adopt new tech some times. Sometimes contracts were strange where we as the implementers were also tasked with writing the requirements for the thing we were going to develop but often could not get answers from the customer about the requirements they needed. It seemed very odd but I feel like it was normal stuff for government contracts.
