Pros

Good place to learn basics of production. If you're either inexperienced or returning to the field after a hiatus it's a good place to get back into shape without worry of getting fired. Basically, you have to do something monumentally stupid to get fired. Wages are average for the are but the health care has always been good. If you want to work forty, work forty, if you want OT, it's there.

Cons

Job cards, which you work from, can be very confusing and unclear. Most of knowledge is tribal and can take time to adjust to. Things are often done quickly to get the job done, rather than do it right the first time. There's almost no accountability whatsoever.

Pros

none - there is nothing good to say about this company

Cons

everything - hostile environment, inhumanly bad, malicious people. They torture physically and mentally and they can ruin your life. Better stay unemployed, than work among such bad, mean and rude people. If they don't like you, they make up any senseless reason to fire you. You have to be bad, incapable, unprofessional and lazy like them. Every second of my working day in Agusta was like a horror movie.

Pros

Good benefits package, plenty of overtime, some good, hardworking people who care a lot. They grew fast which is good and bad - lots of opportunity but also lots of growing pains.

Cons

If you are not in the good old boys network you are not treated well, they move from crisis to crisis and never hold the right people accountable because they are part of the good old boy network, Italians can do no wrong so if you're not from Italy and the other guy is, forget it you will lose, new Philadelphia CEO talks about trust but allows managers to backstab.
