Pros

Great people and team environment Free insurance plan

Cons

Not flexible and corporate politics. Leonardo gives business to suppliers that have a personal relationship with business unit owner. There’s definitely kickbacks at executive levels.

Pros

There were some nice people who worked there. I learned a lot about employment red flags.

Cons

Pretty typical corporate hell situation. Management was terrible, and has since been almost completely replaced. Mind-numbingly boring work. Little to no room for advancement. Underpaid for the skill level required. Terrible, sterile strip mall environment in the suburbs. No company culture. Awful cube farm. Combined sick and vacation leave at 10 days that you are forced to use with little notice during production shut downs. One of the worst HR departments I've worked with. Pretty poor treatment and labor standards for the people who clock in and work hourly, probably so the salaried people can pretend they're getting better treatment.
