Pilots were fun to work with.

Cons

They only promote Italians and men. Worked there for 6 years with no raise and was fired after asking for one.

Great people to work with. Relaxed environment. Interesting products. Small company feeling even though products are sold across the world.

Cons

Tough scheduling requirements. Demanding management can lead to unneeded stress. Inconsistent work load leads to time off on some days and having to work weekends and holidays on others.
