      No career/salary plan, Uninspring, No training, No team building, Very old culture, No internationality

      Pros

      You can work in a very big and complex program (Eurofighter) with tons of interfaces outside Leonardo (Partners, Suppliers, Customer). Nice to have such a name in your CV.

      Cons

      Very slow pace of work, lack of communication, discouraged from covering more tasks and learn, you don't get trained (training on the job is not enough if you don't have a clear program management method to transmit), you don't have a career plan in the company, old italian mindset (just aim to accomplish you duty without innovation), very old high level management don't care about lower employees who bring results.

      Great people who are dedicated and loyal.

      Cons

      More on the engineering side than IT so they are quite slow to the line.
