Really good work / life balance and flexi system Nice people.

Cons

If your face does not fit, then career prospects limited. Poor salaries, bonuses laughable. Experienced, good people not getting promotions. People working in same dept where their salaries are miles apart.

Old management, lack of meritocracy, wrong strategic decisions, no training and no growth for employees....unless you are a friend or belong to of some big boss in Rome or in northern Italy. which in turn are there because of thei political friends. Low competence in any field of the aeronautical industry
