      Pros

      The overall technical level is good, the projects are interesting. There is a friendly atmosphere, as long as you stay away from the managers. They provide good quality computers.

      Cons

      The only thing managers are interested in is keeping their job. Employee satisfaction, quality of workplace, honesty, ethics.... are irrelevant.

      Handful of people are nice and willing to give you a go Laid back

      Cons

      Extreme lack of communication! NO teamwork! some degree of racism NO career path (progression) No recognition for good work HR dept VERY poor Lack of opportunity for involvement in new projects - practically have to force your way though unfairness to employees... ...the list is endless
