401K was one of the best I have seen or heard of. Relaxed management, great travel, holiday, continuing education, and PTO perks. Great overall mission.

Cons

The salary was non-competitive for my area of living. Lackluster culture.

Play second fiddle to the headquarters in Italy. Not very much room for growth, depending on position/team.
