Lots of great people work there. Work is steady and the opportunity for overtime. Benefits often out match other companies

Cons

Supervisors tend to mismanage work priorities which are driven by Daily Planners. These Daily Planners whom never have built a helicopter will delegate work out if sequence. There is a bit of disconnect between HR and the people whom they are suppose to working for...
