      Pros

      The pay seems to be competitive in this gloomy economy, but they will make you work for it - be prepared to be on call 24x7.

      Cons

      Organization seems to be slowly fading, despite all of the program "wins" posted on their website. The workload is incredible - they load you until you fail. Be prepared to work holidays and weekends -- its mandatory.

      Pros

      Leonardo Tucson has profitable but difficult to build product. A good starter job for a grad to pad their resume then move on to a good job with better pay, bonuses, and advancement, none of which are present at this place.

      Cons

      Management has been there too long. They are entrenched, unmotivated and just cruising to retirement. You'd think it's a family business, a failing one at that. Corporate should can them all and bring in fresh talent. If joining Leonardo Tucson you think you'll make a difference, dream on. Even if you do good you won't be rewarded.
